How do I install GR Finder?
1. Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for GR Finder.
2. Click Add to ChromeAdd Extension.
3. The GR Finder icon will appear in your Chrome toolbar.
4. Open your Awaiting Payment page and click the icon to start.

Your 7-day free trial starts automatically on first install — no credit card required.
How do I search and tick invoices?
1. Open your Awaiting Payment page.
2. Click the GR Finder icon in your toolbar.
3. Type or paste invoice numbers — one per line:
INV-S-23-07-1015
INV-S-23-07-0891
INV-S-23-07-0889
4. Click Search — all matching invoices are ticked instantly.
5. See the results panel to confirm which invoices were found.
What does Tick / Untick do?
Search — finds and ticks invoices that match your list.
Tick — same as Search, ticks all matching invoices.
Untick — deselects all matching invoices from the page.

All three buttons show you a results panel so you know exactly which invoices were found.
An invoice shows "Not Found" — what should I do?
If an invoice shows ❌ Not Found, try these steps:

1. Refresh the page — the most common fix.
2. Check invoice number spelling — make sure it matches exactly (e.g. INV-S-23-07-1015).
3. Make sure you're on the Awaiting Payment tab — not All or Draft.
4. The invoice might be on a different page — scroll down or increase items per page.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Your free trial starts automatically the first time you install GR Finder.

• No credit card required
• Full access to all features for 7 days
• After 7 days, the extension will show an upgrade screen
• Upgrade for $3/month to continue using GR Finder

The trial badge in the extension header shows how many days are left (e.g. "Trial: 5d left").
How do I upgrade to Pro?
1. Click Upgrade — $3/month on the paywall screen, or visit our store.
2. Complete the payment on Gumroad.
3. You will receive a license key by email in the format: GRF-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
4. Open GR Finder → click Enter license key → paste your key → click Activate.
5. Done! Badge will show Pro
I paid but didn't receive my license key — what do I do?
1. Check your spam/junk folder first.
2. Wait up to 24 hours — keys are sent manually.
3. If still not received, contact us at delfinityboy@gmail.com with your Gumroad order number.
We will send your key as soon as possible.
How does the 🔦 Highlight feature work?
The Highlight button visually marks matching invoice rows directly on the page.

1. Enter your invoice numbers in the box.
2. Click 🔦 Highlight — matching rows get highlighted in colour on the page.
3. Coloured markers also appear on the scrollbar so you can spot invoices instantly on long pages.
4. Click 🔦 Highlight again to turn off and clear all highlights.

Each invoice gets a different colour so you can tell them apart easily.
What does ✂️ Clear Found do?
Clear Found removes successfully found invoices from your list — leaving only the ones not found.

1. Run Search — some invoices tick, some do not.
2. Click ✂️ Clear Found — found invoices are removed from the box.
3. Only unfound invoices remain — investigate or try the next page.

You can always undo this with the ↩ Undo button.
What does the ❓ Help button do?
The ❓ Help button opens this Help Center in a new tab.

Click it any time from inside the extension to find answers, guides, and the privacy policy.
The extension opens but shows a blank screen — what do I do?
This usually happens when you're not on the correct page.

• Make sure you are on the Awaiting Payment tab.
• The extension only activates on the correct accounting page.
• If you see "Open Awaiting Payment page first!" — navigate to the correct tab first, then open GR Finder again.
The extension says "Could not connect. Refresh the page!"
This means GR Finder lost connection to the page. Simply:

1. Refresh the page (press F5 or Ctrl+R).
2. Wait for the page to fully load.
3. Click the GR Finder icon again.

This usually fixes the issue instantly.
Does GR Finder store or send my invoice data?
No. GR Finder does not collect, store on any server, or transmit any of your invoice data or financial information.

Your invoice numbers are only saved locally in your browser (Chrome storage) so the extension can restore your last session. This data never leaves your device.

GR Finder uses Gumroad for payment processing. When you purchase a Pro license, you interact directly with Gumroad's platform. GR Finder does not receive or store your payment details. Please review Gumroad's Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Children's Privacy

GR Finder is not directed to children under 13 years of age and does not knowingly collect information from children.
